Our initiative sponsorships are designed for sponsors who want to make a direct and substantial commitment to a particular project.
By becoming a sponsor, you are not simply making a donation. You are investing in opportunities that transform lives, strengthen communities, and create a brighter future for children and families in need.

Every contribution helps transform vision into action and hope into opportunity.
Unlike making an individual donation toward an initiative, an Initiative Sponsor commits to funding the full sponsorship package for that project.
For example, if a planned backpack initiative requires $5,000 to purchase and distribute the backpacks and school supplies included in that project, an Initiative Sponsor would commit to the established $5,000 sponsorship package.
That allows Progressive Monkeys to move forward knowing the resources for that initiative have been secured.
Because We Understand Where They Come From
For many of us, Liberia isn’t simply the place where we do charitable work. It is home.
We grew up there. We went to school there. We know the strength of our communities, the closeness of family, and what it means when neighbors look out for one another. Those shared experiences taught us compassion, understanding, and the responsibility to reach back when we are able.
We cannot pretend to know exactly what today’s children are experiencing as they grow up in a country still carrying the remnants of war and years of economic hardship.
But we recognize something in them.
We see the determination in their eyes. We see their willingness to learn, to work, to dream, and to strive for something better—even when the road in front of them isn’t easy.
And we believe that determination deserves someone standing beside it.

We Were Doing the Work Before We Asked for Sponsors
Before seeking external sponsorship, Progressive Monkeys invested in its mission through the commitment and contributions of its own members, creating meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in need.
Our efforts have included:
* Conducting outreach visits to orphanage homes to better understand the needs of the children and identify meaningful opportunities for support.
* Hosting a Christmas celebration for children, providing meals, gifts, and a joyful holiday experience.
* Supporting humanitarian and community outreach initiatives aimed at assisting vulnerable individuals and families.
* Donating fifty 20 kilogram bags of rice to an orphanage home to help address immediate nutritional needs and support the wellbeing of the children in its care.
These accomplishments reflect our belief that meaningful change is achieved through commitment, compassion, and collective action.
