These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Progressive Monkeys website, online member services, donation features, event registration systems, and other online services operated by Progressive Monkeys (“Progressive Monkeys,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using our website, creating an account, submitting a membership application, making a donation or payment, registering for an event, or otherwise using our online services, you agree to these Terms.

Progressive Monkeys is an alumni-based organization committed to fellowship, service, charitable initiatives, community engagement, and activities that further the organization’s mission.

Creating an account on the Progressive Monkeys website does not automatically make an individual a member of Progressive Monkeys.
Membership eligibility, admission, good standing, voting privileges, and other membership matters are governed by Progressive Monkeys’ Constitution, bylaws, policies, and applicable membership procedures.
Membership applications may require review and approval.
Submission of a membership application does not guarantee acceptance.
Progressive Monkeys reserves the right to review applications and determine membership eligibility in accordance with its governing documents and established procedures.
Applicants may be asked to provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility.
If an application is not approved, Progressive Monkeys will communicate the decision to the applicant as appropriate.
Membership fees and dues are separate from charitable donations unless expressly stated otherwise.
Payment of a membership fee or dues does not independently establish membership eligibility or guarantee approval of a pending membership application.
Membership dues, schedules, deadlines, and other obligations are governed by the organization’s applicable policies and governing documents.
A membership payment should not be assumed to be tax-deductible merely because Progressive Monkeys is a nonprofit organization.
Progressive Monkeys may accept donations to support its charitable mission, general operations, or specific initiatives.
When making a donation, you agree to provide accurate information necessary to process and record the contribution.
A donation may be designated for a particular initiative when that option is provided.
Progressive Monkeys will make reasonable efforts to honor donor designations consistent with applicable law, organizational purposes, and the terms of the applicable campaign.
If circumstances make the designated purpose impossible, impracticable, unlawful, or no longer necessary, Progressive Monkeys will address the funds in accordance with applicable legal requirements and organizational policies.
Selecting an offline payment method and submitting a donation form may create a donation pledge rather than a completed donation.
A pledge is not considered paid until Progressive Monkeys receives and verifies the applicable funds.
When Cash App or another approved offline payment method is offered, donors are responsible for following the payment instructions provided.
Progressive Monkeys may request a Donation ID, transaction confirmation, or other reasonable documentation to reconcile an offline payment.
If recurring donations are offered, donors authorize the applicable payment provider to process contributions according to the frequency and amount selected.
Recurring contributions may be canceled in accordance with the applicable payment method and Progressive Monkeys’ procedures.
Cancellation stops future scheduled contributions but generally does not reverse contributions successfully processed before the cancellation became effective.
Not every payment made to Progressive Monkeys is necessarily a tax-deductible charitable contribution.
Membership dues, membership fees, reunion payments, social-event payments, bereavement contributions, purchases, and payments made in exchange for goods or services may receive different tax treatment from qualifying charitable donations.
Where applicable, Progressive Monkeys may provide a written acknowledgment of qualifying charitable contributions.
Donors are responsible for consulting their own tax adviser regarding the deductibility of any payment or contribution.
Charitable donations are generally considered final once successfully processed, except where a refund is required by law, a payment was made in error, a duplicate transaction occurred, or Progressive Monkeys determines that a refund is otherwise appropriate.
Membership fees, event registrations, reunion payments, merchandise purchases, and other transactions may be subject to separate refund or cancellation terms.
Where a membership application is not approved after a membership fee has been submitted, Progressive Monkeys will handle the associated payment according to its applicable membership-payment procedures.
Progressive Monkeys may organize meetings, reunions, charitable events, fundraising activities, volunteer activities, and other gatherings.
Registration may be subject to separate deadlines, fees, eligibility requirements, cancellation policies, venue rules, or event-specific terms.
Progressive Monkeys may modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel an event when circumstances reasonably require it.
When using our website or participating in online community features, you agree not to:

Progressive Monkeys does not control independent third-party services.
